How to use: Prepare the peel-off mask with the powder and Aloe Vera Solution. + info
PREPARATION • Weigh 25 g of Alginate powder in a plastic recipient. • Weigh about 75 g of the Aloe solution or Water (two and a half portions of liquid to one of powder) at 20 °C. • Pour the liquid on the powder. Start the chronometer immediately. • Mix with a spatula for approximately 1 minute avoiding lump formation until you get a homogeneous paste. • Take a note of the time when the gel stays firm when touched with the fingers. TIME CONTROL FOR GEL FORMATION It is the time when the gel no longer sticks to the fingers. This parameter is used as a control measure of the product and it is about 7-10 min at a temperature of 20 °C. Potential modifying parameters: the gelification time depends on the Water or Aloe Vera Solution temperature, or on the room temperature. OBSERVATIONS Apply a moderately thick layer on the skin with a spatula, and let it rest for about 15-20 minutes. After that remove the face mask strips from the skin.
